Ever poured your heart into a student—showed up to their games, grabbed coffee with them, prayed for them like crazy—only to feel like...nothing’s changing? 🙃 It’s honestly one of the most discouraging parts of student ministry. You want to be intentional. You want to make a difference. But how do you know if you’re investing in the right student?

 

In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to invest in a student and why some of us are feeling drained and frustrated instead of fired up. I’m sharing a super simple (and totally helpful) framework to help you identify the students who are most likely to grow, thrive, and multiply your investment.
